Celebrating quality, excellence and best practice

Entering the IT Training Awards is easy as long as you follow the simple instructions outlined here. Please read the instructions below.

Who can enter?
Any company, organisation or individual may provide one entry per award category. Unlike most other awards there is no charge for entries. You will need to complete the IT Training Awards Entry Form - which can be downloaded from this site - see panel on left. We will require the name, job title and contact details of the person who is the main contact point for your entry.

Which category should I enter?
The Institute will make gold, silver and bronze awards (where applicable) in each of the categories. There are thirteen categories - so you need to choose the appropriate category carefully. Read through the Description and Judging Notes for the award category and check that it matches your entry. If you are unsure about which category(ies) to enter, contact Nicki Kettle, who will be pleased to help you.

What should I include?
Your Entry Form must be accompanied by your Submission Document which roughly outlines the headings of your award's Judging Criteria (found on the individual award 'Categories' section). Please note that we require your entry to be submitted as a MS Word Document or PDF file.

How many words should my entry be?
Entries should be no more than 3,000 words.

When is the closing date for entries?
Closing date for entries is 30 September 2008.

How will my entry be judged?
See the section 'Judging'
